Processing & Shipping
All orders are carefully prepared and packaged with love and care. Processing times may vary depending on whether the item is custom or ready-to-ship. Estimated processing times will be listed on each product page.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary and delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.
Returns
CUSTOM ORDERS (NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS)
Because custom items are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Custom t-shirts
-
Custom vinyl decals
-
Personalized stickers or stationery
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom items unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.
RETURNS FOR NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
We accept returns ONLY ON NON-CUSTOM ITEMS, including:

Notepads
-
Non-custom t-shirts
-
Non-custom vinyl decals

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused
-
Items must be in the exact condition they were received

Items must be returned in original packaging, when applicable
If an item shows signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration, it will NOT be eligible for a return or refund.
RETURN REQUESTS
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A brief explanation of the return request
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
REFUNDS
Once an approval return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
